Have John Marsham in remembrance of your charity
Mayor of this city sometime was his person
And the 13th day of May then departed he
And anno 15o and 25 Christ years anointed
For Elizabeth his wife of your charity pray
That in the faith Catholic from this world departed
In the year of Christ mo vc
Ye shall not lose your charitable devotion
