Transcription:
Thys chapell floryschyd with formosyte spectabyll
In the honowre of M Magdalen prior Cantlow hath edyfyde
Desyring yow to pray for him with yowre pryers delectabyll
That sche will inhabit him in hevyn ther euyr to abyde
Note: Asking prayers for John Cantlow, Prior of Bath, who rebuilt the chapel in the fifteenth century.
