[O] good lorde that knowest all thyng
whom I offende fro day to day
thy swete mercy ȝette on me spryng
and my defautes to knowe all way
To thi mercy be I meke ay
[and] in full hope to haue it
with all my mend thus I the praye
to thyn owne love make thu me knyt.
