Iesu lythe my sowle with þi grace
þat y not dispeyre in any case
lorde so clense my wekydnes
þat of helle y be pertelesse
Note: Concluded by prose: ‘Grante me lorde a clere eynde þat my sowle fall neuer downewarde but gyffe me euerlastyng blisse þat is þe rewarde of holy dyinge’.
