Here by her mothers side interrd doth lay
Anna de Hem daughter to Paul de Hem
The wife of Jakes de Hem clad in clay
To whom she wedded hath ten children born
But as Gods tithe the tenth fruit of her womb
Brought her by Rachels death to her last home
At the age of fourty five years died she
October fifth one thousand six hundred three
